Starbucks at NZX Commercial Center..

been craving for Starbucks lately.. and hence, I asked the girls out for a drink and the three-storey-high Starbucks at NZX Commercial Center.. and I've got to say this place is really good.. the view from the highest floor overview the whole complex.. its really really relaxing.. almost like in Genting cos the air conditioning at the highest level is really really cold! a indoor place with good air conditioning and not smoke free.. haha.. but the Starbucks here closes at 11.30 pm.. so we have to go off by then.. it was too early to go home.. so we headed down to Hartamas Square for more girls talk and also shisha..

I need much much more girl outings!!!! I want outings without any guys!!!

One Night Stand..

I have just completed reading one of the series from the Little Black Dress.. and this book is called One Night Stand.. this is a book about a girl name Elanor Connor who writes steamy novels.. but sadly, her life was never like what she had written.. she was a little too desperate and got herself into a one night stand.. and later did she know she was pregnant.. while waiting to find for her missing lover, her best friend Hugh took care of her.. and soon they fell in love.. a very romantic novel which we might come across in our daily lives.. with a little excitement and suspense..

NZX Commercial Center...

after hearing all about the NZX Commercial Centre.. I successfully bugged baby to bring me there after our Chap Goh Mei's dinner.. the place was still very new.. and most of the shops are not occupied yet.. but structural wise.. it was really a good one.. I really like the concept of the 3 story shop lots which overlook the entire place.. and the best thing is, its all air conditioned.. I like the idea of simple big structures with LED lighting projecting up onto each of the structures.. the Starbucks is really cool there.. won't mind going all the way there and sit right at the highest floor for some yumcha session..

I want all the collections of Love Box!!! the designs of this dinky metal box changes every season.. eat boxes can keep up to 3 condoms.. besides condoms, you can also use it to put earrings, coins, sweets and all the miniatures.. it comes in handy and can be stored anywhere.. and it is going for only RM12.90.. I only bought this purple one with vector vanish spots on it.. and I am looking forward for more purchases.. for those who are interested, you can purchase it at most of the Watson stores and local pharmacies..

CNY in Ipoh..

Last Saturday I finally went back to Ipoh for a CNY visit before its over.. as I have said earlier, this is the first time I did not go back and celebrate CNY from the first day till the last.. and hence, having my holidays back here is much more fun than in Ipoh.. there were 7 of us going back this time.. hence, we have to drive 2 cars back.. imagine 2 cars driving back to Ipoh on the first day of CNY.. that equals 7 suffering people in 2 over heated cars.. reached Ipoh about 8am and had Dim Sum for breakfast.. then visited both father and mother side.. and then meeting up with mie mie and partay at Rum Jungle..

Ipoh's Rum Jungle is getting more and more boring.. despite the fact that the interior is really nice and spacious.. I've never been to a club in KL as spacious as this before.. but too bad the crowd in Ipoh sucks.. plenty of seafoods (LaLa & BengBeng) and also MC who shuffles all the way no matter whether its the live band who's singing or the Dj is spinning.. Worse shuffling skills that I have seen before.. they were more like stepping for cockcroaches than dancing.. tsk tsk tsk..

Happy Valentine's Day!

CNY seems to have come and go so quickly.. and this year it was not as exciting as before.. those days when I was still young, CNY was much more meaningful and much more fun.. but this year, it was all about chilling only.. need to have more fun and rest before classes starts again.. Valentine's Day also come and go so quickly.. how did you guys celebrated yours? nothing special for me.. cos me and baby think its not worthy to celebrate at some posh restaurant on the 14th.. hence, we head down to some chinese hawker stall and dine all the way for only RM35.. this is what we call worthy.. =)

1st year anniversary celebration..

Sorry for the lack of updates.. been busy these few days.. anyhow, here's a quick re-cap on my 1st year anniversary celebration.. me and baby dine in at The Cineleisure's Tony Roma's.. initial idea was in Jogoya or Lemon Garden.. but both places were fully booked on that day.. and the traffic around KL were really bad.. so we decided just to stay back around here.. dinner was alright.. the steak was good.. but not the chicken.. and after dinner me and baby went for a movie.. we watch Meet The Spartans.. it was a typical one.. but good for a laugh.. after movie we head down to Mardigras for a drink.. met up with Wen Hsing there too.. and that's all for our celebration..
