velvet and christina's birthday..

last night was Alfred's sis 29th Birthday.. so we had dinner at Taipan's Ampang Yong Tau Foo.. after dinner we head to Summit for a walk and then back to baybee's house for the cutting cake session.. after everything was done at baybee's house.. we rush back to my place to get ourselves ready.. and headed down to Zouk..

it was so tedious to just get into the area.. for girls it was not too bad cos the age limit was 21.. but for guys it's at the age of 25.. well, I got in easily.. and baybee too.. but Sam couldn't get in.. apparently the bouncers were a little strict last night.. Sam did some callings and stuff.. and we finally got in.. we headed to Velvet instead of Zouk.. and I tell you.. the place were packed like sardine.. you couldn't even stand at one place peacefully for 5 mins.. people will be pushing their way through back and forth.. and it started to be annoying, so baybee and I went over to Zouk's main room.. and we said to ourselves that we will not go back to Velvet anymore! *LOL*

Zouk's main room were so so much better than Velvet.. at least people here don't light up a cigarette for the sick of lighting it and not puffing it.. they just hold up their cigarettes for the purpose of dancing (as if their dancing partners) and probably to show it out that they are a smoker and they do smoke.. but wtf? with 10 people like these it's enough to kill 9 innocent people like us there.. we couldn't even barely breathe some fresh air.. but Zouk was much better.. least we could dance in our own space.. and the electro music there were good.. and they have this Jamaican guy playing those drums and their duets sound like Safari Duo!

on and all.. it was a good night though.. despite the fact of all the complains.. =p well, not much photos this time.. and I'm looking forward to Bamboo 9.. anyone wants to join?
